A seasonal table at Quoin
Kitchen notes on British produce, slow roasting and the long dining room under evening light.

Quoin is built around a long dining room and a kitchen that prefers patience over spectacle. Menus move with British seasons — roots and slow roasting in colder months, lighter plates when the garden terrace comes into use.
Service is deliberate. Tables are spaced for conversation. The room’s walnut and chalk plaster keep the mood architectural rather than theatrical.
Residents often begin with breakfast in the Morning Room and return to Quoin at dinner. Afternoon tea bridges the middle of the day in the south drawing room.
